The Care Management Plans should be used by all Guiders for all residential events and, where appropriate, for regular meetings and day activities. They give an opportunity for Guiders to have a girl's care plan explained to them by the girl's parent/carer and for the parent/carer to agree that they are happy with the care to be given by the Guider.
